Hello. Need some help. Have a 150,000 gallon pool to maintain. When I enter a 7.6 Ph reading for this pool, it recommends a huge amount of Sodium Bicarbonate (105 lbs).

That’s crazy! I’m trying to look into this now, but I can’t reproduce it with any of the formulas.
I have a few questions that will help narrow it down:

What type of pool is it (salt-water or chlorine or something else?)

What formula is selected?

Do you have custom target levels set for pH? Check it here:
Looks like I changed the pH target level to 7.2 to 7.8. Once I reset it, it works fine.

Awesome, I’m glad we figured it out.
We should probably update the other screens in the app to remind people that they have a custom range set… you can’t be the only person to have experienced this (but you are the first to report it, so thanks!!).
